Havens Hospices is bound by the law not to sell alcohol to those under 18 years of age. After you enter your personal information at checkout, you will be asked to accept our Terms & Conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. Please note that it is illegal for an adult to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18.

To facilitate our legal obligation further you will need to provide a valid photo ID at point of delivery or collection. We operate a no ID, no sales policy. If you are unable to provide a valid form of photo ID the sale will be refused and your order cancelled.

Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for transit.

We currently ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, and offer 2 shipment options:

Standard (2-4 business days) Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £3.95 (FREE on any order over £25)

Standard Age Verification (2-4 business days) Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £6.00. You will be required to select this service if you are purchasing age restricted items (alcohol). You will also be required to provide a valid photo ID at point of delivery.

Express (1-3 business days) DHL Next Day - £5.95

If you chose this option, when your order is ready we will contact you with full address and collection details

FREE Local Delivery We offer FREE local delivery for age restricted products (gin & beer) to the below list of postcodes. Your order must be over the value of £15 in order to quality. Delivery can take place on any day, but will usually be Mon-Thurs between 0900-1700. If you won't be at home during this time please leave details of a safe place where we can leave your parcel. You can do this in the order notes section. Please note that you will need to have ID available to prove you are over the age of 18.
