You agree to the terms and conditions below when using your Havens Plus Loyalty Card.

The loyalty card is availiable to individuals over the age of 16.
Havens Plus is free to join and available at all participating Havens Hospices charity shops.
The loyalty card is non-transferable and must be presented at the till at the time of purchase.
Purchases made online at havenshospice.shop are not part of the loyalty scheme and no points will be accrued.
Loyalty cards are limited to one per person.
Points cannot be shared, distributed or used for commercial purposes.
There is no cash alternative for points.
Cardholders must inform Havens Hospices Trading if their details change or their card is lost or stolen.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Loyalty Card if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

You will receive 10 points for every £1 you spend. Points are awarded after any discounts are deducted from your shopping and are awarded on the final amount you pay.
If you receive a credit note for returned goods, this will not affect your points total.
Points are not earned on the purchase of The Charity Shop Gift Card or the portion of a purchase paid by a gift card.

The minimum amount you can redeem against any purchase is £1, which equals 100 points.
You can pay for part or all of your transactions with accumulated loyalty points.
Points cannot be used for purchases of The Charity Shop Gift Card.
You cannot use points to purchase new goods brought by the charity
