Thank you to everyone who took part in our loyalty card
trial. Your support has been wonderful, and we're incredibly grateful to all
our customers who participated.

 We're pausing the loyalty card scheme

 We ran a three-month loyalty card trial across four of our
charity shops. Unfortunately, we've made the difficult decision to pause the
scheme with immediate effect due to some system issues and because the trial
hasn't delivered the results we hoped for.

 

What this means if you have a loyalty card:

 You can still redeem your
points: If you have points on your card, you can still use them. Please
visit one of our participating shops to redeem your points by 11th
August 2026.

No new points can be added: Your
loyalty card will no longer work for earning new points on future purchases,
and we're not issuing any new cards.

through your purchases in our charity shops. Every item you buy helps us
provide vital care to patients and families in our community.
