Havens Hospices is bound by the law not to sell alcohol to those under 18 years of age. After you enter your personal information at checkout, you will be asked to accept our Terms & Conditions. Please note that it is illegal for an adult to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18.

To facilitate our legal obligation further you will need to provide a valid photo ID at point of delivery or collection. We operate a no ID, no sales policy. If you are unable to provide a valid form of photo ID the sale will be refused and your order cancelled.

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for transit.

We currently ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, and offer 2 shipment options:

Standard (2-4 business days) Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £3.95 (FREE on any order over £25)

Standard Age Verification (2-4 business days) Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £6.00. You will be required to select this service if you are purchasing age restricted items (alcohol). You will also be required to provide a valid photo ID at point of delivery.

Express (1-3 business days) DHL Next Day - £5.95

FREE Local Delivery We offer FREE local delivery for age restricted products (gin & beer) to the below list of postcodes. Your order must be over the value of £15 in order to quality. Delivery can take place on any day, but will usually be Mon-Thurs between 0900-1700. If you won't be at home during this time please leave details of a safe place where we can leave your parcel. You can do this in the order notes section. Please note that you will need to have ID available to prove you are over the age of 18.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry if you don't love your Havens Hospices items. If you do wish to process a return or exchange please email ecommerce@havenshospices.org.uk, with your order number and details of the items you would like to return or exchange.

In line with our returns policy, all returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Unless the item is incorrect or faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning your item.

If you wish to return on of our charity shop mystery bags, you will need to return all 4 items to receive a refund.
